Once I got my head around how to place it on HTML it was beautiful how much date I could collect by adding it here and there on my website. As I am not a developer and have zero HTML knowledge, this was a blessing. Thank you.
I used this app to create a custom order form. It was easy to use and easy to set up. I recommend it to anyone that needs a form for their website

This app is super simple to use. It's a little odd because you edit the form from another site but it's easy. Really nice looking responsive forms! I'm impressed!
