POWR Form Builder‑Contact Form

Juste installed, Not tested live yet.
Seems to be working just fine, doing just what I wanted for now.

Absolutely love it! So easy to use and put up! Surprised by the amount of customization you can do!

Great product! Easy to install and ready to use in a few minutes, will recommend it for personal messages to the customers.

So far so good! Loved the options! I used my form for a Athlete submission form. Seams to have all the areas I needed thanks!

Update: Its been 2 weeks and still working great!

Update: it's been 6 months. I have tried to edit the form and it saves but does not re-publish the saved form....Will have to dig deeper.

Good app. Really easy to install and get set up. I had a booking form for my bike service business up and running in just a few minutes. Really flexible options and extremely intuitive to use. Only two things I would have liked to see:
1) It would have been handy if I could limit the date & time options to keep them within my businesses working hours. At the moment with this form it would be possible for someone to book a bike in for 11:30pm on a Saturday night (when I am most definitely not open for business)
2) There are a few fields that have the option of being set at 'half-width'. But if I do that, it would be good if there was also a way of setting the next form element to sit next to it (i.e in a two column grid).

Very functional and friendly support team. This is the second time that my issue has been resolved seamlessly in a short period of time.

This form builder is by far the easiest form builder I was able to find. It was actually fun to add and make changes. VERY EASY to use.

POWr form builder beats any page builder or regular html edit you could ever use to build a form. It's a 10/10
