It helps us a lot, but it should be able to automatically link customer information to our platform.
Thank you for leaving your review. the information that your customer submit in the form can be found in your Form Responses Dashboard. within your form. Once you edit your form, got to Settings and click on View Form Responses, you will have access to all the customer information.
Cannot access to forms any more. Trying to reset password. Again no email within "a few minutes" So frustrating
I used this app to build a form newsletter with checkboxes.
Really need to be in multi-language

This app is easy to use, easy to build forms and easy to install on my Shopify page. Highly recommended.
Not Free - Do not pay for anything provided by POWr!!!
After you start using the app they will inform you that you only get 25 form submissions per month for free and it will cost $11.99 for up to 100. I proceeded and eventually found another app which was actually free and uninstalled this App.
After a while I realised this company was still billing me every month. To stop being billed I had to contact Shopify Support and undergo a week long process to stop being charged. When I asked for a refund for the time the app was uninstalled the developers said "As per our refund policy, we, unfortunately, cannot issue refunds".
Terrible company, I paid for the app for almost 2 years and they wouldn't refund the small amount for their impossible unsubscribe process.
Easy to use! I am using it to gather customer feedback. I have only installed, so I will see how easy it is once I start seeing feedback from it.
Easy to use, good range of options. It would be great if there were routing rules I could use to send to different email recipients depending on form contents.
A very easy to use and professional form builder. It provides great possibilities for every kind of form you can imagine + many layout options. Works perfectly!
I used this app to help me do my comp so so good as long as you don't connect it at an app at the end that costs money I recommend using the google sheets
