Easy to use, customise. Installing the form was a piece of cake. Works well so far. will update this review once used for a bit longer.

Easy to use and set up. Templates are visually appealing on the site even if you aren't a paying member - unlike some apps where the free version is so unsightly you are virtually forced to go with the paid version. I respect that and will more readily consider using them for future needs.

It's so easy to build custom forms using this app. I used it to build a form to capture customer feedback, and it couldn't have been easier - I was done in under 10 minutes! What I like most about it is how it integrates seamlessly with your Shopify theme, like it's built in.

I have some form style issue when using default theme which may largely affect CX. Customer service can solve your problem! It is helpful.
