this app provides Very Nice and responsive design forms for a website. I liked it very much. Its integration also very easy . if you have no coding experience still you can edit and make a form with the help of this app.

Needed to buil a form to receive information and build an email list

We use this app, it gives problems from time to time but it was okay. Now they changed everything. I want to connect to app through my Shopify page, it does not allow me. It does not work at all.

It's really easy to set up and install. It has a nice differents styles and you can choose the fields. Very helpful. Thanks!!
