We found it useful initially, but then was no longer working with our platform/site.

Customer service with POWR staff however was exceptional and very responsive.

The app works good for what we need. The customer service agent via chat was very helpful and able to get our form working that was not showing up for customers.

Response gained for the app being down in my country (DNS issues). Support was fast. Happy with the app it does what it says.

Richcarde did solve my problem when Responses stopped being delivered to our Emailadresse. He did understand the problem straight away and fixed it within 1 day. He replied very quickly.
Support is very good, but loading time of the embed contact forms in our sites is a bit too slow for us. We still keep the App, because it has the features "Autoresponder" and "Sent notification to Email", but I ...

I used this app to help me design a form to accept custom design request. It took a minuet, but was pretty easy once I got the hang of it.

Instructions on how to rearrange form elements could be a little more prominent.

Overall great flow.

This app works ok. The Business Plan is too expensive, but the customer service team helped us find a more affordable plan for my business' needs.
