Initially, I was happy with this app, I even wrote a glowing review but now I take it back. There have been constant problems with the contact form not being in the right place or just not showing up when it is marked as published I give up today was the last straw it's gone again so I'm deleting and trying somebody else

Outstanding custom support as always. Was helped today by Carlos through the online chat widget and he went above and beyond to solve my problems! Will be a long time customer! Seems like they are always developing something new!

I am not allowed to refund within trial period. Disappointed, I tried to use it but it is very un-userfriendly. They took me $115 for a year.. extremely disappointed

So far I really like it. I like the functions and the formats that it has in it. I will be using it for many applications.

I used this app to create product sample request forms, as well as FAQ submissions. the app is really easy to use, and allows a lot of customization. Highly recommend implementing into your site!

It's basic but gets the job done. I used for a custom order form and had the choise between listing everything in one section, or within sections and conditional display.

Great help on building my PC building form definitely reccommend to anyone building a website without coding knowledge

So far is great!!! There's a lot more I want to test but this is way more than I was expecting. I'd totally recommend
