We used it as a form for people to apply to our VIP group and its GREAT it helped us do everything we needed to and ask all the questions we needed to ask well. Very customizable.

Very straightforward app that is easy to navigate and customize for each company/brand need. The customer service team is also very helpful and quick with resolutions towards any concerns regarding your account. I highly recommend this to any Customer Service Coordinators and companies!
