I just started using it. I felt it was a nice and easy to use application. I expect further development of this application.

POWR Contact Form is an excellent platform to build simple and dynamic forms. Their customer support is excellent and responsive.

So far, so good! I just used this app to set up a sample request form in about 20 minutes. For a free app, this thing can do pretty much anything. I absolutely love the Mailchimp integration - exactly what I needed! I would love the functionality to be able to subscribe these users to a specific segment on my Mailchimp list. But, super happy with this app so far!

This app has been incredibly useful for gathering information from customers as well as creatively using the features to avoid having to add additional plugins. Haven't had to reach out to customer support (good sign of a functioning app) and look forward to continuing to use the free features of this application.
