I have enjoyed my experience with POWR. They were extremely responsive and the product works nicely!
We've been using this for several months now with no issues at all. We have multiple shopify sites and all of them use the Form Builder. It also connects nicely with our CRM via Zapier.
I used it for my other website and really like how user-friendly it is, so I decided to use it for my new website too.
Very easy form application. Relieved a lot of trouble with having to code in forms manually. Definitely recommend it.

This app is amazing for forms. Simple to use and lots of options and control. My only wish is that you could add video.
I used this app to build my Return Form. I enjoyed how easy it is to build a form and was really impressed with myself when I uploaded it to the place on a page I wanted it to be. However, I noticed that the form doesn't recognize a mistake when text is entered into a field for a phone number :/ Otherwise, a great app!
Great app very useful and its free! has alot of great feature, add on feature and its customizable! perfect!
