It was easy to set up and use POWr forms on our site. We are using the limited free version, but pay for the Map. Both work well for the simple forms that we need, including payment.

This app is really easy to use and they have WONDERFUL support!
Richcarde has been super helpful on their support team! Two issues I have are: 1) I wish there was a bit more customization available, and I wish the form loaded faster on our website (it's always the last element to load on the page).

Easy customization.

Easy to use and integrate to the website, also very easy to edit and change the way it looks. The only reason for the 4* is that it takes quite awhile for the code to load, and for a few milliseconds you can see the code on the page! However does the job it's suppose to and works well enough. I have had many customer inquiries using the form which gets sent directly to my email. You can find an example on my site on the main menu..."More", and then "Corporate Order Form".

We have used the app to build a form to attract more customers and have more information about them that will help us raise our sales, so far so good, thanks!

It does exactly what it says and the form itself is very good to create and add to your site. I love the dashboard and the stats that tell me how many times people have clicked on it. However, it takes an awkward amount of time to load the form whenever you go on the page. I did ask the support team but they simply said that's the way it is and its fast from our side.

Works great, wish there was a flat fee for use on all forms, instead of cost for all different forms.

I would definitely recommend this to other Shopify users. Very easy to do, easy to style and easy to input information. Upgrading is very reasonably priced as well.

I have created my own form builder, and I love it to pop out on my website and attracting more customers to becoming our brand ambassador. The pricing is a bit pricy for a pro plan and hopefully can have some adjustments! In overall, the whole thing and interface is so clear and easy to use and it merges all data around my website. Very convenient and adequate! Nice one ☝️

So far it got the required features and input fields that probably needed.
