I used this app to help create an enrollment form. This app is very easy to use. I would recommend this app to everyone. As long as it stays free I will continue to use it. Thank You
Really good app. The support is very swift and helpful. I recommend you install and use this app especially if your shop is in English. I would love to have the possibility to translate error messages (when the user forgets to fill a mandatory field in the contact form) to any language on the app's backoffice though.

I used this app to build two forms for my website, I absolutely loved it! Extremely easy to use and fast to create a custom form.
Seems to be working like it should. Liked that I could show pictures in the submission email. Nice!
