I have installed this app and I can customize it easily and it is a user friendly app.

So far, best app I've ever used in Shopify apps. The prices are pretty fair as well. I love all the apps I've used from POWR so far.

This is one of the BEST free apps I have come across on Shopify! If you're looking to make any type of form/sign up page for your site, I highly recommend this app.

Really good app. The support is very swift and helpful. I recommend you install and use this app especially if your shop is in English. I would love to have the possibility to translate error messages (when the user forgets to fill a mandatory field in the contact form) to any language on the app's backoffice though.
