very simple and easy to use! Highly recommend to anybody needing a form builder! No extended functionality but good enough to incorporate it in your web!
Pour le moment, je peux faire ce que je veux et tout est paramétrable. Je suis très satisfaite. Je viens d'installer un formulaire sur une Landing page dans ma Boutique Shopify. Je vais maintenant la tester avec mon application Email. À suivre !!

The app works good for what we need. The customer service agent via chat was very helpful and able to get our form working that was not showing up for customers.
