It helped my client solve her custom client sign-in issue by adding a file upload option that didn't require adding in a bunch of custom coding and reworking all the files

Great App! I would give 5 stars if it was more user-friendly. Every time I pressed the save button it would go out of the page immediately which can be inconvenient.

Form is perfect. Juwan in the support department got me squared away with all of my questions on the conditional formatting as well. This goes great with the Plan Comparison app also.
