POWR Form Builder Contact Form

Fantastic app, awesome support. We run several Shopify stores for many years by now and we couldn't live without this app. I exceptionally like the reliable service, the easy-to-use admin and the scalability. Clearly a must-have! Congrats, you guys rock special thanks to Pilar in person.

So far so good. This app has done exactly what we needed it to- a Wholesale Application. Will update our review once we start to receive responses. Very easy to use and semi-customizable. We are using the free version and would recommend this app.

App is very easy to use, and the support is excellent. I expect they will continue to add new features. The design tools and conditional logic led us to this solution over others we evaluated.

I use this app for capture additional information after ad order like vat id or other data and it is fantastic

I just released my website and I needed custom forms for a few of my customizable products (where I had over 100 variants). Yesterday I downloaded the free version (until I have some sales) and so far I'm impressed with how easy it's been to use to find a work around for my problem.

So far, so good! Great support team!

Installed this app for the auto-responder, but am really tickled with all the additional possibilities. Have not needed to contact support so far, as the setup is very user-friendly :)

This is most helpful and easiest form builder I've ever come across. It is a free app it installed one of the available forms on my website in few clicks.
