POWR Form Builder Contact Form

I was going to use a google form but POWr.io's Form Builder is better and integrates directly into my site. Love it!

I used this app to build a dealer/distributor sign up form. Very easy to use and fairly user friendly. Definitely the right price at FREE. Would like to see more control over font sizes. Color picker is excellent.

Worked great to easily add a form to my site and the options available are great as well. Only thing I am still trying to figure out is how to put forms on two different pages.
