Very nice easy to set up app. It helps a lot. I have just installed it and created my first Form and so far it works perfectly

I've only just started using it but so far it is great! I'm not an IT person and found it simple, easy to understand and achieved exactly what I wanted. I had downloaded and tried 3 other apps first and ended up deleting them all when I found this one! Highly recommend.

Process took maybe ten minutes. The form was just what I needed. Awesome that the free membership gives you what you need to create the form. If my business grows, the paid membership will definitely be in the future.
