So far so good! Loved the options! I used my form for a Athlete submission form. Seams to have all the areas I needed thanks!

Update: Its been 2 weeks and still working great!

Update: it's been 6 months. I have tried to edit the form and it saves but does not re-publish the saved form....Will have to dig deeper.

Great app very useful and its free! has alot of great feature, add on feature and its customizable! perfect!

Good app. Really easy to install and get set up. I had a booking form for my bike service business up and running in just a few minutes. Really flexible options and extremely intuitive to use. Only two things I would have liked to see:
1) It would have been handy if I could limit the date & time options to keep them within my businesses working hours. At the moment with this form it would be possible for someone to book a bike in for 11:30pm on a Saturday night (when I am most definitely not open for business)
2) There are a few fields that have the option of being set at 'half-width'. But if I do that, it would be good if there was also a way of setting the next form element to sit next to it (i.e in a two column grid).

Great app that I used for a client consultation form - Easy To Use, had up and running in a couple of hours.

I used this to build out a custom contact form. The process was super easy and everything was very intuitive. I like all of the preset options and templates.

This app is very easy to use and put on your website! Would recommend :) for those who need an easy reliable form builder!

FANTASTIC APP, WOULD RECOMMEND. USED TO CREATE A POLL AND DOES JUST THE JOB. BE GOOD IF YOU COULD ADD 2 OR MORE FORMS.

Form building is not the easiest but it does give options. Some other apps do have better ready-to-use forms.
On top of it didn't have the best experience with app charges. Had started using the app for the free version but all of a sudden got charged for the Pro version for an entire year and didn't know about it till got to see the bank statement.Didnt even receive an email for this charge or a heads up.
Upon bringing this issue to their team they informed that the policy doesnt allow refund since i missed the 5 days window.

Easy set up and easy to understand! I love it! We are currently using this as a way to track custom orders and it will work perfectly!

App is awesome and free.... Best of both worlds. Simple to use, appreciate that I can edit form live on site. Highly recommend.
