Very cool app. Made my life so easy, and the design is great. I'll be using the app a lot more often.

I enjoy the ease of use! I haven't had any issues yet and I love the customizable options and templates! For the price, this is definitely a great app!

I use this app for Contact Us Form. Apparently there are many things I can do with it, but I don't find it user friendly or intuitive. However the service I received from Mithsou was very good as he found a problem and fixed it. Thank you!

I used it to make a consignment form and it worked quite well. I have since then uploaded it to my site for use!

Creating forms with Form Builder is about as easy as can be. Intuitive interface guides you every step of the way. Great app!
