Richcarde did solve my problem when Responses stopped being delivered to our Emailadresse. He did understand the problem straight away and fixed it within 1 day. He replied very quickly.
Support is very good, but loading time of the embed contact forms in our sites is a bit too slow for us. We still keep the App, because it has the features "Autoresponder" and "Sent notification to Email", but I think he loading time is a downside.
App works well. I use this as a form for my customers to submit UGC to be featured on our site + socials. Will change to 5 stars when the multiple file upload feature works properly. I'm currently using four upload fields to allow users to upload multiple photos, and the paid plan is required to do this.
Fast responnse and very knowledeable on the issue I was having using the app. I would recommend the anytime.

We found it useful initially, but then was no longer working with our platform/site.
Customer service with POWR staff however was exceptional and very responsive.
If you have any issues with the app, just reach out to their support team. They respond quick and fix any issue quickly.

I have created my own form builder, and I love it to pop out on my website and attracting more customers to becoming our brand ambassador. The pricing is a bit pricy for a pro plan and hopefully can have some adjustments! In overall, the whole thing and interface is so clear and easy to use and it merges all data around my website. Very convenient and adequate! Nice one
This app works ok. The Business Plan is too expensive, but the customer service team helped us find a more affordable plan for my business' needs.
