POWR Form Builder Contact Form

I used this app to help me do a contact form. It was easy to use and flexible. I would recommend they add more fonts and allow access to my own fonts as well. But generally it is a good app and I recommend it!

Works great, wish there was a flat fee for use on all forms, instead of cost for all different forms.

Very easy to setup. I would recommend this app to anyone especially beginners. I've found it very beginner friendly.

Fantastic app, and as far as im aware, the only one that says its free and actually is free.
Alot of funtions out of the box.
Wished it was easier to change the default text for submit button. Would also been nice to be able to add more reception detail fields and have them made obligated or optional.
Shortcode to be able to add the form anywhere wished.

it doesn't work. i tried installing it to my products. it doesnt work. i get frustrated. i built the form then add it to a particular product. then i refresh the page nothing happened. did this 5 times. I'm annoyed.
