Easy, Simple and user-friendly, could do with a bit of polishing around the edges and load faster but other than that it's great!
I used this app to build a form in 10 minutes with no experience with this POWr or Shopify. After a long time of research - seemed to easy to just plug it in.
Excellent. Allowed me to add a form to have customers add some info to streamline custom orders in a timely manner.

Great app. Easy to use and publish. Ended up upgrading so I could get more features. Worth every penny!
Pretty simple and easy! I built a pretty complex form in a matter of minutes!! Once built, I was able to test it and send information directly to me. I love how you can export the information to Excel to get a quick list of customers who have completed the form! Again, simple and easy to use!!
