Process took maybe ten minutes. The form was just what I needed. Awesome that the free membership gives you what you need to create the form. If my business grows, the paid membership will definitely be in the future.

So far so good! Lots of customization options, you can even alter what the emails look like when they are sent to you with form results. You can create polls, subscription forms, everything we will need. There's even an option to create automatic emails to people when they provide their address, very useful for our business

love it, easy and fast . everyone should use this app to get on top of the game . It has not let me down.

Nice, it working for me. But there should be a text field which will accept amount from user.
