Works very nice, can creaty my own custom popups, even without form and only text notifications, very useful.
What a bad app, u can't even contact the support team, due to no one will answer you, since 3 days I'm sending them inquiries with no luck, also be careful, if you use the app on ur website, the pages will load very slow and they will never answer u to solve this issue!

So sorry for your bad experience.
We are third party app which is actually using Iframe and unfortunately we cannot start loading our scripts before all Shopify's scripts are executed.
Meantime if you will try to check an example of our form installed on any empty page like that https://www.powr.io/plugins/form-builder/view?id=30459316&mode=page you might notice that it's loading pretty fast.
Currently, we are working to improve our loading speed as much as we can to improve it.

This app is so easy to use and I can have all my required items listed even with my logo its great
So Far so good with this app, it has helped me with creating a form so my clients can fill out for my custom diet and training program.
I was searching for a form building app for my company for a while. Thank god I found this one. They do a great job of making the interface easy for users to navigate and create. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who needs a form for anything on their website.
Years ago I paid someone to create a customized contact form for me and when I updated my theme, the customizations were gone. I checked the Shopify help centre and spent about three frustrating minutes trying to edit code myself to recreate my contact form before realizing that I'm not a coder! I went to the app store and added Form Builder by POWr.io. This app is AMAZING! My forms look so much nicer, the app is easy to install, easy to use, it makes it really easy to publish the form to your website and you can easily update a form if you'd like to change it. You can add elements such as text boxes, multiple choice questions and my favourite is the ability to add follow up questions which only appear if the previous question is answered a certain way (i.e. Do you like puppies? Yes or No - but if you answer No it would include a follow up question - Why not?).
If you need a form, I would highly recommend this app!

I do NOT like this app I don't like that it is not from my URL and that it requires folks to create an account. People should be able to ask questions seamlessly.
