The app seems to have really developed since we started using it. I like the new features and customizations.

Richcarde was a very helpful customer service and technical assistance agent. We are on our way to having the app design that we envisioned.

Great app and easy to use! Just wish there was a little more customisation available with the design options.

I found the Form Builder easy to use.
I want gather information on my eCommerce site without the user having to use a SUBMIT button

I like the form! it was easy to create and it's easy to fill out.

I really like this plug-in and it really helped me get the job done fast. Only one complaint: I wish I could re-arrange some elements (left/right) rather than just everything stacking up on top of each other

Easy to create and the Free version covers the basics. Will look to upgrade soon as 25 submissions is nearing!

does it has a feature of sending fromm submission to different admin base on different subjects selected

So far so good! Loved the options! I used my form for a Athlete submission form. Seams to have all the areas I needed thanks!

Update: Its been 2 weeks and still working great!

Update: it's been 6 months. I have tried to edit the form and it saves but does not re-publish the saved form....Will have to dig deeper.
