POWR Form Builder Contact Form

I use this app at another store i take care and it is amazing in every way! You can change colors, position, multiple ways of making the form and it is really good. Whats I feared the most was if it was paid, but no 100% free! Thanks

Great app. Makes great looking forms. Customization helps you make the form just like you want and layouts help give variety in the forms.

I found this app today and works great in my site, I like that your can create multiple forms with the same app. I do not need to install many only this one.
I like that is easy to use, I am not a computer professional, but I made my form today with not problems.

Awesome setup! It was easy to build an effective and great looking form. You can do this yourself, no need to pay someone to put a form on your website, just a few clicks and tweets and you have a nice form.

I used this app to create my contact us form. It is very easy to use got all options what I loved to see custom design options.
