Richcarde did solve my problem when Responses stopped being delivered to our Emailadresse. He did understand the problem straight away and fixed it within 1 day. He replied very quickly.
Support is very good, but loading time of the embed contact forms in our sites is a bit too slow for us. We still keep the App, because it has the features "Autoresponder" and "Sent notification to Email", but I think he loading time is a downside.

POWR has been such a great app to work with. Creating forms is extremely easy and any time I need help I'm able to use the Live Chat function. The team, especially Mithsou, is very responsive and have been able to help with all of my questions/issues. Highly recommend!

This app is GREAT for what we are using it for (event registration as well as permissions). My only wish is that somehow you could work with Shopify to allow a payment button. A two-step process is not the best presentation for our participants.
I really appreciate how quickly support responds to questions and how effective they are in finding a solution.

Easy integration with shopify, and I'm able to customize our form as much as I want. Support was super helpful, Irina got back to me quickly and solved my problem within 24 hours. Definitely makes me more confident using the app knowing support will be there when needed, especially for someone as un-tech savvy as me.

Great app, easy to pick up, learn and use even as a new shopify customer. Does everything we need form wise for sign ups, contests, etc. Subscriptions are easy to change up or down and the Live Chat is extremely helpful. Great experience with POWR Form Builder.

Whole app is a joke.
Installed this app for a simple form which was perfectly working at the time.
Then without any communication, half of my form is now under paid version and doesn't work for my clients (upload photos etcs)
At this point the basic shopify form does the same job.

The Upload option has always been under paid version only. In order to have access to the paid features, please be mindful that you should purchase the plan accordingly.

The POWR Form Builder app has been a great addition to our Shopify store. It’s very flexible and allows us to build forms exactly the way we need them. The interface is intuitive, and the customization options make it easy to match the forms with our website design.

I also want to highlight the support. I couldn’t find where to edit a specific field, and Jamilya from the support team was incredibly helpful. She quickly understood the issue and guided me to the right setting. Thanks to her assistance, the problem was solved within minutes.

Excellent app and outstanding customer support. Highly recommended!

We have been using POWR for couple of years now and we are very satisfied with the results. The app works seamlessly and the support will promptly take care of any issues if there are any.

I installed this app after testing the Free version, then upgraded and paid for the full year of the Starter plan. I set up the Autoresponder and found that this developer includes their own Unsubscribe link in the footer and you cannot change it unless you upgrade (again!) to the Pro version, even tho their documentation says you can remove the footer with their info with ANY upgrade. But when you click the link to change it in the settings, a pop-up says you must upgrade to Pro! This is misleading customers and forcing them to upgrade to Pro in order to comply with Anti-spam laws! Their support is useless and I asked for a refund less than 24 hrs after having deleted the app. I hope these guys fix this asap, stop misleading customers to force them into the Pro upgrade (which is valid for one option of "Selected Autoresponders" but I used "All Responders" and per their documentation my upgrade should allow me to change within this option). I emailed these guys several times and they told me to clear my cache and try changing the setting again. I have been a webdesigner for 30 years, I know about caches but regardless it didn't work anywayt. I would not use this app. Autoresponder is a required feature for most store owners and this app is taking advantage of Anti-spam requirements. I reported it to Shopify also. I expect a full refund of the annual fee I paid from this developer immediately. I deleted the app and used it less than 24 hrs. I won't use any other apps from these guys or recommend it to my clients either.

Please note that the feature you requested is under Pro plan only. We would never force you to upgrade in any case, as our team are always ready to issue a refund when needed.
We noticed a discrepancy on your account, causing that feature to be showing under Starter plan. However by the time our support team investigated to get back to you with a final update in less than 24 hours only after our last email, we were surprised and sadden to see this review from you unfortunately.

We managed to identify the issue in less than 24hrs and our Support Manager had already decided to upgrade your plan to Pro for free in order to compensate for the misunderstanding. However your patience and understanding would've been very considerate during the process.
