POWR Form Builder Contact Form

I am still in the process of figuring out the features of the app but so far, I am liking it. it is easy to use.

This is great in theory, but the plugin dashboard is glitchy and the customer service is very slow. We pay for a subscription but I'm still waiting for an intelligent response to an issue we raised nearly 3 weeks ago...can you guys help please?

UPDATE: this problem has now been fixed and the plugin is working much better so I've updated my rating. It did take a long time though.

Simple to use, works as advertised. A little slow to load and could use a pre-loader (I set the text to white on white as a workaround).

I used this app to build a form newsletter with checkboxes.
Really need to be in multi-language

I am using this to take custom surfboard order inquiries. This will help get contact information but i want to be able to offer a downloadable/printable order form but havent figured that out yet

I use this app for Contact Us Form. Apparently there are many things I can do with it, but I don't find it user friendly or intuitive. However the service I received from Mithsou was very good as he found a problem and fixed it. Thank you!

Very good App! Really easy to use and simple to implement.

The only problem I find is that it takes some time to load.

Looks clean, and the fact it connects to shopify, means I don't have to fiddle with html code all that much

Great app so far. So far the only one I can find to actually make a poll. Would definitely recommend
