POWR Form Builder Contact Form

Great tool, very easy to use and very versatile! I used it to create a booking page I needed for an event. Super easy, nice job POWr!

I tested several apps out and reviewed some pricey online form submission options, but this one was very customizable, it was easy to navigate and customize and was by far the best option available to me. I really appreciate the simplicity and the lack of pushing other internal apps off on me. 2 thumbs up!!

So simple to use! The perfect solution for a shop that also puts on events and requires an application process.

Super easy. Just installed on website. Will do some more testing, but very simple and intuitive to create a form with all the functions we needed.

Haven't had much experience with it yet but so far the app is pretty straightforward and easy to use.

I used this app to help me integrate a form on my shopify store and the best thing about it unlike the other form that offer a free version, they promote themselves by putting something like Powered By ****** but this form doesn't. Amazing and very easy to setup!!!
