It's amazing!!!! This app is extremely useful and has enough fields in the free plan to create a standard form. I am going to upgrade soon to use the other features.

I use this app to create a contact us form and an automatic answer mail to my customers. It's really versatile: you can customize the forms as you want, add more info or even change the font colors and style. Plus it's free for the first customers using it so it's really worth trying to implement in your store.

Per our pricing model, the Pro version would only allow you to add 20 elements to your Form Builder app.
If you require more form elements, please consider upgrading to our Business plan with which you can get unlimited elements.
We also run promos from time to time and offer discounts on our Business plan, please email our support team to see if there are any active discounts that you can use.
Our support team is also available to help with any other questions you might have.
The email address field on the forms does not validate the format of email addresses (i.e. people can submit without adding .com). Sent two requests to support over a week ago, and have not received a response.
Also, the forms do not support RTL (right to left) text.
Otherwise, the app is generally easy to use and well developed. The low rating is because they don't reply to support requests.

Great app, easy to install with a lot of features
I created a form that would allow business reps to have a more customized shopping experience and capture contacts. Very easy, and best of all it was free.
I used this app to help me build a form to take information for online personal training clients. I used the free version and it had everything I needed. Highly recommend.
Horrible app. Very slow loading up on mobile devices to the point where potential clients leave the form page. It is not $0 a month entirely. Important features which you expect to be part of the app they will charge you $7.99 a month.
