POWR Form Builder Contact Form

I hesitate to write a review so early on, but I was prompted to do so ;)
I appreciate the customization of this software. It's a free tool, so don't expect what you'd find in a paid program, but overall I'm very impressed. There is enough flexibility to build a branded form.
I am currently having an issue with my Mailchimp sync and it not pulling my correct lists. Not sure if it's something I've missed or an issue with the software, so I won't comment on it yet. I've emailed support and hopefully that's an awesome experience and I can update this review after it to reflect that.

This is my first time using it and I appreciate how intuitive it is. I was getting frustrated with building my Shopify store but this helped relieve some of that frustration. Now I feel like I am able to check something off my to-do list.

I have some technical experience, but this was just so straight forward to put together and get on a Shopify page its crazy!

Absolutely easy to use even for a beginner. It looks very professional on the Website and I can only recommend it.

Form building is not the easiest but it does give options. Some other apps do have better ready-to-use forms.
On top of it didn't have the best experience with app charges. Had started using the app for the free version but all of a sudden got charged for the Pro version for an entire year and didn't know about it till got to see the bank statement.Didnt even receive an email for this charge or a heads up.
Upon bringing this issue to their team they informed that the policy doesnt allow refund since i missed the 5 days window.

We've been using this app for a while now and we are definitely pleased!

Easy to use and integrate to the website, also very easy to edit and change the way it looks. The only reason for the 4* is that it takes quite awhile for the code to load, and for a few milliseconds you can see the code on the page! However does the job it's suppose to and works well enough. I have had many customer inquiries using the form which gets sent directly to my email. You can find an example on my site on the main menu..."More", and then "Corporate Order Form".
