The app is great for the most part and any issues that arise can be brought to the support team. I have been helped by excellent team members of POWR such as Arlyne and Richcarde M.
My only complaint is that I have ran into a few different issues with a larger form, which is expected due to the complexity, and said issues tend to arise without user changes being the root cause.
Overall one of the better products on the market (due in part to their excellent support team).

Great App with a lots of functionality once you understand how it works and integrates with Shopify.
I've been using the POWR Form Builder app for a few years now, and I must say it has been a game-changer for our website. This app offers a wide range of functionalities that make creating and managing forms an absolute breeze.
No support help at all. I've literally emailed them over 3 times about a error I'm having with a page. I can't use the page until its fixed. They won't email me back, so I'm going to have to find a different app

Whole app is a joke.
Installed this app for a simple form which was perfectly working at the time.
Then without any communication, half of my form is now under paid version and doesn't work for my clients (upload photos etcs)
At this point the basic shopify form does the same job.

The Upload option has always been under paid version only. In order to have access to the paid features, please be mindful that you should purchase the plan accordingly.
