POWR Contact Form Builder

I've been using the POWR Form Builder app for several years and it adds great functionality and nice designs to my site. When I've had a question or technical issue, the support team has been responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend POWR!

I used the app to build a form to register warranties for my products. It was easy to use and gave me just the options I needed. Had some trouble later on due to my email provider but Mr. Campo with POWR support helped me through it quickly.

Luis was very helpful and quickly got my form installed when I was having trouble. We use POWR Forms for a number of different applications on our site and they are reliable and user-friendly.

Richcarde did solve my problem about not seeing my forms when I logged into Power. But I could access my forms from Shopify. The form builder app does let us create useful forms for our application. It provides a Mailchimp and Google Sheets interface too.

I am new to this website development environment. I have been a software engineer for 20+ years, now retired, and have been asked to take over supporting this website.

I had a problem getting a parade entry application form to display for this year’s parade. It had worked last year but not this year. Arlyne was great in helping me identify the cause of the problem, which turned out to be an expired date issue. After resetting the expiration date and having Arlyne take a look at the settings, the application form is once again displaying properly.
