Very easy to use and design. Reasonable Pricing. Would love to have secure forms so clients will feel more comfortable sending information.
So good! I don't know how to code or barely use Shopify, and was able to figure out how to publish a form in no time!
We have been using form builder for 6 months now for our custom and wholesale inquiries. The Mailchimp integration has been a great feature, and the zero coding implementation is much appreciated :)

pretty straight forward to use. It offers some nice features and allows you to modify the forms easily
So easy to use and love all the elements for the forms. It was also easy to install with just a quick copy and paste of code into the page's HTML.

It helps us a lot, but it should be able to automatically link customer information to our platform.
Thank you for leaving your review. the information that your customer submit in the form can be found in your Form Responses Dashboard. within your form. Once you edit your form, got to Settings and click on View Form Responses, you will have access to all the customer information.
I am extremely impressed with the advanced features and ease of use, wish I had found it earlier!!!!
