Absolutely easy to use even for a beginner. It looks very professional on the Website and I can only recommend it.

Form building is not the easiest but it does give options. Some other apps do have better ready-to-use forms.
On top of it didn't have the best experience with app charges. Had started using the app for the free version but all of a sudden got charged for the Pro version for an entire year and didn't know about it till got to see the bank statement.Didnt even receive an email for this charge or a heads up.
Upon bringing this issue to their team they informed that the policy doesnt allow refund since i missed the 5 days window.

We've been using this app for a while now and we are definitely pleased!

Easy to use and integrate to the website, also very easy to edit and change the way it looks. The only reason for the 4* is that it takes quite awhile for the code to load, and for a few milliseconds you can see the code on the page! However does the job it's suppose to and works well enough. I have had many customer inquiries using the form which gets sent directly to my email. You can find an example on my site on the main menu..."More", and then "Corporate Order Form".

Good app. Excited to see how we can continue to leverage it to grow our business.

Also like the plugins and integrations with email service providers, google docs, zapier, and more. Quality stuff!

This app is user-friendly. I like how I am able to customize the forms exactly how I want them yet make it simple and easy for my customers.

The App itself is really great and fits all your needs with integration into platform, support is also great when it comes to service.

I used this app to create a booking form for workshops in my store. Ii is great how customizable it is. I wish I could add different payment options for different bookings.
