Well, im using this app because its free. But I am yet to get a feedback from my users. Overall it is a great app.
would not recommend, very poor customer service that really seems to not know what they are doing. Only by email, foreign, 24 hr plus delay, has really screwed up my Shopify site and cant get it off (they did the install). Hoping this review might make them take notice and get this done after more than four requests.

The form was fast and simple to use. Loads of customisation available. I would make it more clear on the receiver's email input.

Very easy to use. It was straightforward to install and use. I love all the features and options it provides.
This is great in theory, but the plugin dashboard is glitchy and the customer service is very slow. We pay for a subscription but I'm still waiting for an intelligent response to an issue we raised nearly 3 weeks ago...can you guys help please?
UPDATE: this problem has now been fixed and the plugin is working much better so I've updated my rating. It did take a long time though.
