J'en suis très contente. J'utilise seulement la partie gratuite car je n'ai pas les moyens de mettre de l'argent mais elle est bien. Seul bémol je ne sais pas comment recevoir les notifications lorsqu'on m'envoie un message via le formulaire de contact.
Easy to use! I had my form made and published in minutes, I have only had my online store for a week and this has been the easiest part so far!

"Must-have" app for any Shopify user. Easy to use and works great.
Easy to use and integrate to the website, also very easy to edit and change the way it looks. The only reason for the 4* is that it takes quite awhile for the code to load, and for a few milliseconds you can see the code on the page! However does the job it's suppose to and works well enough. I have had many customer inquiries using the form which gets sent directly to my email. You can find an example on my site on the main menu..."More", and then "Corporate Order Form".
Amazing!! So glad it provides free file uploads, as well as full customization with built-in features that help your customizations look more professional.
This enables me to have new clients by giving them a chance to try a free session. great stuff
I used this app to create a booking form for workshops in my store. Ii is great how customizable it is. I wish I could add different payment options for different bookings.
