POWR Form Builder Contact Form

That's exactly what I want. There must be more free apps that have the same quality as Form Builder !

It was easy to set up and I used it for a job application form. It is working great for us for that purpose.

I did this app to help me create a form for a potential job applicant. it had all the fields I needed. But I wished it had the feature to add a sliding scale for getting feedback.

I really liked how it was really easy to add fields for the form I was creating. I would have liked it better if it had some options to add music in the background.

Powr has been a great plug in for us, the Social Wall, the Form Builder, all great apps that add value to our store!!
