Problem: The only poor thing is that it loads a bit slow on my page, but that is maybe because I have the PRO version + many questions and options due to selling customizeable products.

Otherwise, the app really helps me build forms to retreive valuable information from my visitors.
Its flexible and works well.

I think it will help me, then I do not have to code it or try to figure other forms to get it working

Great App for receiving info from customers! Simple to create and publish any type of form and there are many options.

Easy to install! No issues integrating it onto my contact page. No headaches, no fuss. Love it!!!!!!!

It works pretty good! I prefer having this to the regular contact form as you can put your branded colors and ask for info you find important.
The DOWNSIDE of this is that it takes longer load then the original contact form.

I love the ease of use with this app, it's wonderful! Forms are easily customizable and there's plenty of options, even with the free version.

This app is amazing and very easy to use. Definitely an app to install. No issues that I have had to deal with.
