Richcarde did solve my problem when Responses stopped being delivered to our Emailadresse. He did understand the problem straight away and fixed it within 1 day. He replied very quickly.
Support is very good, but loading time of the embed contact forms in our sites is a bit too slow for us. We still keep the App, because it has the features "Autoresponder" and "Sent notification to Email", but I think he loading time is a downside.
We found it useful initially, but then was no longer working with our platform/site.
Customer service with POWR staff however was exceptional and very responsive.
The issue was resolved and there was good follow up communication.
Good tecnical support!

The app works good for what we need. The customer service agent via chat was very helpful and able to get our form working that was not showing up for customers.

This app works ok. The Business Plan is too expensive, but the customer service team helped us find a more affordable plan for my business' needs.

does it has a feature of sending fromm submission to different admin base on different subjects selected
