Super easy and friendly to use. My only complaint is that I cannot add suggested content to my form field.

But would have given 5 stars if the form has a preloader.
I used this app to build my contact form on my online website. It's so easy to use and I was able to edit everything I need to change to make it my own. Would recommend!

Very easy to use. Easy to create nice forms and link them to other services like Mailchimp. Unfortunately the font selection is limited to Google's awful webfont collection, but that's a minor issue.
The app seemed to work well, easy to make forms, will continue to use and hope it works well for our business.
