Very easy to install, setup and make the forms, and the reporting is exactly what we were looking for. Nothing too complicated, but powerful enough for our somewhat difficult quoting scenarios.

Top notch service - prompt & efficient. I was very pleased! Sometimes technical support people can be hard to understand or just difficult in general - their team was very well spoken & explained everything in our terms to make sense of it.
We have been using form builder for 6 months now for our custom and wholesale inquiries. The Mailchimp integration has been a great feature, and the zero coding implementation is much appreciated :)
