It does exactly what it says and the form itself is very good to create and add to your site. I love the dashboard and the stats that tell me how many times people have clicked on it. However, it takes an awkward amount of time to load the form whenever you go on the page. I did ask the support team but they simply said that's the way it is and its fast from our side.
Could do with more fonts! Good product overall, used it to make a form for our clients to give us info about the car they want to offer us. Make, model, color, etc.
Simple does the job just wish it offered more than 6 lines the free form. But it does the job so no complaints here .
I really like this app, very easy to use and produces professional forms. The questions go straight to your email so its easy to respond.

I used this app to help me do a contact form. It was easy to use and flexible. I would recommend they add more fonts and allow access to my own fonts as well. But generally it is a good app and I recommend it!

Works great, wish there was a flat fee for use on all forms, instead of cost for all different forms.
J'en suis très contente. J'utilise seulement la partie gratuite car je n'ai pas les moyens de mettre de l'argent mais elle est bien. Seul bémol je ne sais pas comment recevoir les notifications lorsqu'on m'envoie un message via le formulaire de contact.
