Easy to use app. Excellent Support...responds quickly, helpful, and friendly. I rarely have to use support, but when I do, they are on it.
Luiz Campos was our support agent and he was super fast and efficient. We have been using this app for years and always have had the best experience.
Whole app is a joke.
Installed this app for a simple form which was perfectly working at the time.
Then without any communication, half of my form is now under paid version and doesn't work for my clients (upload photos etcs)
At this point the basic shopify form does the same job.

The Upload option has always been under paid version only. In order to have access to the paid features, please be mindful that you should purchase the plan accordingly.
