Customer support is excellent. Fast to respond, thorough, and thoughtful. They brought up suggestions to improve my app experience that I hadn't even considered. Forms are easy to create and navigate.
This app is GREAT for what we are using it for (event registration as well as permissions). My only wish is that somehow you could work with Shopify to allow a payment button. A two-step process is not the best presentation for our participants.

My experience with Powr Forms across various Shopify platforms has been very positive. We've successfully implemented a wide range of forms, from essential contact forms to more complex surveys and applications. The tool stands out for its extensive flexibility, comprehensive functionality, and consistent reliability.
App works well. I use this as a form for my customers to submit UGC to be featured on our site + socials. Will change to 5 stars when the multiple file upload feature works properly. I'm currently using four upload fields to allow users to upload multiple photos, and the paid plan is required to do this.
It's easy to use, flexible, and lets me collect exactly the info I need from customers. Whenever I need assistance, their support team is responsive and gets things sorted quickly. Great tool for customizing forms without the hassle.
