I cancelled the app back in august and im still getting charged. I tried to cacel again and there's no option to cancel.

The app is pretty simple to follow but I'm not totally computer savvy so I got hung up on some things but the customer service department is phenomenal especially Richcarde he helped me tremendously. I would recommend this app and company.
Great app - The popup app is very customizable, including the ability to style CSS, which is very important for branding. The support team is very responsive and helpful, and took care of all my questions right away. I would highly recommend :)
So I purchased the PopUp App for our Shopify website several months ago to notify our customers we moved to a new location. After a few months I removed the popup and basically kinda forgot I was paying for the app. This week I decided to start using it again this week and I could not get it to work correctly. I contacted the support VIA e-mail, and they responded immediately. It turns out I had mistakenly clicked the wrong setting in setup. They were able to go into my theme settings and fix the problem. If you are looking for a very good popup for your website, I recommend POWr.
