POWR Popup: Sales Popup

Awful!! So many issues with its software; i tried to stick it out but couldn't bare it. The app also keeps trying to make you upgrade as the free version is so basic! So glad i chose another app. Don't waste your time...!

Don't even bother with this app. You can't even get a refund for your monthly subscription if it doesn't meet your needs. If your trying to make a popup for clicking a button your wasting your money. Just redirect them to your contact page. It's not worth spending $13 a month on this garbage.

Absolutely terrible, kept asking for a password, which I entered could not edit pop up, ridiculous, don't waste you time.

Caused downtime for my website. After enabled the popup, I wasn't able to get into my website because my browser kept telling the connection is not private. This is really bad.

DONT INSTALL THIS!! It jacked up my theme bad. Also hard to (or you can't at all from what I see) merge with your Mailchimp list.

My site is totally jacked up right now, hiring developer to fix :(

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!

It did not install as an overlay and instead distorted and pushed all my content down so you have to scroll down significantly to see any website content.
The first time I contacted support I was told I must have installed it incorrectly, the second time I was told "that this just happens sometimes with some themes".
Support has offered no help, has since not gotten back to me, and even Shopify cannot identify the code that their app overwrote! I have to rebuild my website from scratch now! All this for a simple pop up to indicate our holiday hours. Now I have to carve out time to rebuild my whole site because they're not even sure what their app broke. Ridiculous!

Popups did not work on browser windows that are scrolled down. I was expecting it to vertically center on the current browser window view and it does not do this. The popup is only visible if the user scrolls clear back up to the very top which is useless. That's fine but what really upset me was that I used/tried their app for a total of 10 minutes before I realized this issue so I uninstalled the app. They still charged for $10.99 even though I used it for only 10 minutes.

Super shady pricing. On the app store, the Starter plan says "$3.99/month or $3.59/month billed at $43.09 once per year" and it's only after installing the app you realize that doesn't exist (at all) and you must pay for all their apps with a much more expensive pricing structure based on page views.

How prescient, yet not surprisingly I agree with Exceedingly Vegan (see review below).

If you want to use an app that is completely user un-friendly, doesn't work, and will not uninstall properly without screwing thing up-- then this app is for you!!

You'll love the way it shows up on mobile devices even after it's supposedly "gone".

Put a different way even after we uninstalled your crAPP (see what I did there) it wanted to hang around.

Thanks powr.io for screwing up our store and creating confusion with our customer base.

This app is just flat out HORRIBLE!!!!

So annoyed. This app completely ruined ou website. Never experienced this before. I would avoid if I was you :(
