The app just doesn't work, the popups are entirely dysfunctional and the app is unimaginably slow.

Really sorry that you had such experience, please note that the popup should be running properly with no issue at all and any dysfunction might be caused by multiple factors depending on the theme you're using or more.

You'll want to use this app if you 1. Want to waste time 2. Waste money 3. Lose customers. This app broke my store had to rebuild from scratch THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!
This app doesn't integrate with Shopify Customers (the in built CRM of Shopify) so its rather pointless for the main use case of a newsletter sign-up form for capturing new customers...

It will damage your theme a lot.
I was lucky and found a way to fix the issue. I went to HOME>CUSTOMIZE THEME>*inside the Current Theme section click on >ACTIONS>EDIT CODE>*find the "theme.liquid" *click on Older versions and find a version which you can save and check if the problem is solved.
Powr needs to give these solutions not me ....
The customer service team on this app are a joke! Firstly I did not approve the one-time purchase of 40 something USD, I was unknowingly charged and deleted the app immediately when I realised it wasn't going to need it. When I got a chance to check my Shopify bill, I reached out to the team. I was 3 days outside their refund window and they would not refund me for the purchase. JOKE.

Have the pro version, there is no control on the position of the popup that works. When it is to be centred it centers the pop-up both vertically and horizontally on the page, and is not reactive to where the user is. Meaning you have to scroll to see the pop-up, thus defeating the principle purpose of a popup. Disappointed with their support.

Liked it at first but had to remove as it made my favicon disappear. Even after installing had to go back to theme code and delete to make favicon reappear.
Basically useless unless you pay $10 a month. Wish I knew that before wasting my time with the free version. On the free version you can only make it trigger immediately when the site is opened.

Their charges are different on the Shopify app store as compared to original one. I would not installed the app if I knew about the charges.
