easy and fun to create and I just hope it does what it says it does

So far so good. Even when I can't figure it out I was able to get help right away with the chat box.

Customer service is really helpful One of the most important that I am looking for is great customer service. Richcarde M was the one who responded, and He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I am thankful and grateful.

I used this app to add my very first pop up to my store! It was very easy to use and looks very professional!

The Free plan says unlimited view but after using it for a month or less we have been asked to upgrade to an annual plan which costs >180 usd and there is no option to upgrade to a lower plan as stated on this page i.e. 43 usd. It is a rip off, so dont install this app.

Great app and easy to install and use. took merely 15 minutes to setup and go through. love it. love it.

The free plan allow almost nothing. I also tried other app from the same dev. , specifically the one to bulid "FORMS" and it is advertised as ok with Shopify POS, but it's not. I don't like this.

DO NOT USE THIS APP.

We paid for it. And for that, it put a grey overlay on our site that STOPPED ALL OUR USERS from using our website. The only reason I found out about it was because two customers sent us emails about it. Additionally, on someones first visit to our site each day, it gave them the ability to edit the popup via THE ADMIN PANEL so that everyone on our site could see their edits. I cannot describe the horror I experienced when I found out that this app let random people on the internet edit our site from the admin panel. This is completely incomprehensible. We lost hundreds of conversions because people could not use our store. It cost us thousands of dollars. I cannot believe that they would even code something like this. Let alone release it for us to use. Find another popup provider. The risk of an error like this happening again is far too great.
